Q: Are your materials from local or abroad?
A: Most of the materials are from our local material market(15 minutes by drive from our factory);
5% of the materials are from Taiwan and Korea;Q: Do you have a warehouse for materials?
A: We have a warehouse that covers about 1000sqms
Q: How man sewing workers do you have?
A: We have about 500 sewing workers.Q: How many production lines do you have?
A: We have 20 production lines.Q: What is your monthly output?
A: About 100,000pcs
Q: What is your sample charge?
A: US$50-100/pc based on the product you like. Express fee would be payed by customer.
Q: Will the sample charge be refundable after placing order?
A: Sample charge will be refundable if order quantity exceed 500pcs.
Q: How many days for making sample?
A: For copy sample, about 3-5 dyas. For new design, normally about 10-14 days.
Q: How fast can you delivery our goods when confirm order?
A: Normally 20-40 days after pre-production sample approved and order confirmed, while if your order has available stock material in market, that can be much sooner.
Q: Can I change your design bag/make our design bag?
A: Yes, sure. Welcome for both OEM&ODM.

A: Yes,generally we have 12 months warrenty

A: Our workers are professional and steady. In our bag factory, more than 200 staffs now including 170 professional sewing worders & 30 administrators.
6. About Payment and Shipping
Q: What is your payment term?
A: Normally our payment term is T/T 30% when confrim order, 70% against BL copy or L/C at sight.
Q: Do you accept Paypal / Westunion / Alibaba Escrow?
A: Also Westunion / Alibaba Escrow is welcome. Sorry, our financial dept. Not accept Paypal payment.
Q: What is your shipping way?
A: By sea, by air or by courier is available.
